Creamy Garlic Herb Chicken & Crispy Potato Pasta Bowl

Ingredients

  • Juicy grilled chicken breast slices
  • Al dente penne pasta
  • Roasted golden baby potatoes
  • Cream, butter, Parmesan, garlic
  • Fresh chives and parsley
  • Olive oil, salt, black pepper, Italian herbs

Instructions

Start by roasting baby potatoes in olive oil, herbs, and seasonings until golden and crispy. Grill the chicken breast until nicely charred and cooked through. Simultaneously, cook pasta and set aside. In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic, then add cream and Parmesan to create a luscious garlic herb sauce. Toss the pasta into the sauce, plate everything beautifully, and top with chopped chives and parsley.

 

Optional Add-Ons

Add spinach or mushrooms to the sauce for extra flavor, or squeeze some fresh lemon over the chicken before serving!
