Banana Mousse Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons honey or powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (to prevent browning)
Instructions:
- Prepare the bananas – Peel and slice the bananas. Add them to a blender with lemon juice and blend until smooth.
- Whip the cream – In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with honey (or sugar) and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Combine – Gently fold the banana puree into the whipped cream until well mixed.
- Chill – Transfer the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve – Garnish with banana slices or a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
