Crack Breakfast Casserole
A cheesy, bacon-packed breakfast bake loaded with eggs, hash browns, and ranch seasoning. It’s creamy, comforting, and seriously addictive—hence the name. Perfect for holidays, brunch, or meal prep.
Ingredients
1 (30 oz) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
12 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
2 cups cooked bacon, crumbled (about 1 lb raw)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
2 green onions, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Mix base: Spread thawed hash browns evenly in the dish.
Make egg mixture: In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, ranch seasoning, pepper, and garlic powder.
Assemble: Sprinkle bacon and half the cheeses over the potatoes. Pour egg mixture evenly on top. Add remaining cheese.
Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 15–20 minutes, until eggs are set and cheese is golden.
Finish & serve: Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with green onions if desired.
