Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a food processor, blend the cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and chopped green onions until well combined. Stir in the crabmeat gently.
  2. Wrap the Egg Rolls:
    • Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing toward you.
    • Scoop about three rounded tablespoons of filling onto the center of the wrapper.
    • Fold the corner nearest to you over the filling and tuck it in tightly. Fold in the sides and roll the wrapper tightly. Seal the final corner with a dab of water.
  3. Fry the Egg Rolls:
    • Heat vegetable oil in a heavy pot to 375°F (190°C).
    • Fry the egg rolls in small batches (2-3 at a time) for 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown. Make sure to let the oil return to temperature between batches.
    • Drain on paper towels.
  4. Serve:
