Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

 Base

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1/2 cup milk (or any unsweetened milk)

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

 Vegetables

  • 1 cup fresh spinach (roughly chopped)

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for sautéing)


Instructions

1️⃣ Prep

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.

  2. Grease a baking dish or pie dish.

2️⃣ Sauté (optional but flavorful)

  1. Heat oil/butter in a pan.

  2. Add onions and sauté until soft.

  3. Add chopped spinach. Cook 1–2 minutes until wilted.

  4. Let cool slightly.

3️⃣ Blend the Egg Mixture

In a bowl, whisk together:

✔ cottage cheese
✔ milk
✔ shredded cheese
✔ salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder

(You can blend it for a smoother, custard-like texture.)

4️⃣ Combine

Add the spinach + onions into the mixture and stir well.

or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
