Cottage-Cheese Avocado Toast with Chili Crisp

Creamy avocado toast gets a spicy crunch and protein boost from cottage cheese—perfect for summer mornings or quick, savory snacks.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices whole-grain bread, toasted
  • ½ avocado, smashed
  • ¼ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp chili crisp
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Squeeze of lime juice

Instructions:

 

1. In a small bowl, mash avocado with lime juice, salt, and pepper to your liking.

2. Spread mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread slices.

3. Spoon cottage cheese over the avocado layer.

4. Drizzle chili crisp on top and serve immediately.
