Ingredients
– 4 cups heavy cream
– 2 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
– 4 tbsp instant coffee granules
– 4 tbsp hot water
Instructions
In a small bowl, pure the instant coffee granules in the hot water and allow it to dissolve completely. Set it one side to allow it to cool down.
In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
Softly fold the sweetened condensed milk and dissolved coffee into the whipped cream until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container or rather a previously used icecream container…Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
