Ingredients:
1/2 cup sago
1 sachet unflavored gelatin or agar agar powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt ( to balance the sweetness)
1/4 cup cornstarch
3 and 1/2 cups coconut milk
• Cook the sago accprding to package instruction. Add ube food flavoring. ( purple). Drain and rinse.set aside.
• in a sauce pan, add 1 sachet gelatin or jelly powder or agar agar powder. Add sugar,salt,cornstarch and coconut milk.
• Bring to a boil while stirring continuously.
• Turn off the stove once its boiling and thickens.
Add the purple sago.Mix well.
•Transfer into the moulder.Let it set.
•Chill for few hours.
•SEEVE AND ENJOY..Simple but yummy dessert.
