Ingredients:
2 cups coconut milk
1 cup whole milk
¾ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Whisk together coconut milk, milk, sugar, and vanilla.
Pour into an ice cream maker and churn for 25 minutes.
Freeze for 4 hours.
Notes:
Add shredded coconut for texture.
Serve with tropical fruit.
