Ingredients

Directions
Prepare the Pan:

- Grease a 15x4x9 cm loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.
Cream the Butter and Sugar:
- In a large bowl, beat the unsalted butter and caster sugar together until light and fluffy.

- Mix in the vanilla extract.
