Classic Hearty Breakfast Plate
Ingredients:
2 eggs (sunny-side-up)
2–3 breakfast sausages
2 slices of bacon
2 slices of bread (toasted)
1 cup mixed lettuce & cherry tomatoes (halved, for salad)
1 tbsp olive oil (for salad dressing)
Salt & black pepper
1 cup freshly brewed coffee
Method:
Prepare the salad: Toss lettuce and halved cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Cook the bacon & sausages: In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Set aside. In the same pan, cook sausages until browned and fully cooked.
Fry the eggs: Crack eggs into the skillet and cook sunny-side-up until whites are set and yolks remain runny. Season with salt and pepper.
Toast the bread until golden and crisp.
Assemble the plate: Arrange eggs, sausages, bacon, toast, and salad neatly.
Serve with coffee for the perfect start to your day
