Instructions

Slice the Tomatoes and Mozzarella
– Cut both into even ¼-inch thick slices for uniform layering. -
Arrange on a Platter
– On a large serving plate, alternate slices of tomato, mozzarella, and basil leaves.
– Slightly overlap in a circular or linear pattern for visual appeal. -
Season
– Drizzle generously with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
– Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. -
