Ingredients
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup chopped M&M’s
1 cup chopped peanut butter cups
1/2 cup chopped candy canes (optional)
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, cream peanut butter and butter until smooth.
3. Gradually add sugars and mix until combined.
4. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
6. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
