Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Mix until a soft dough forms.

Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough, flatten it slightly in your hand, place a truffle or spoonful of ganache in the center, and carefully wrap the dough around to seal.
