Chocolate-Dipped Frozen Banana Pops
Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas, peeled and halved
200 g dark or milk chocolate chips
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or sprinkles (optional)
Wooden sticks or skewers
Directions:
Prepare Bananas: Insert wooden sticks into the halved bananas. Place them on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for at least 1 hour.
Melt Chocolate: In a microwave or double boiler, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
Dip Bananas: Remove bananas from the freezer. Dip each into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
Add Toppings: Quickly sprinkle with nuts, coconut, or sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
Freeze Again: Return to the freezer for 15–20 minutes to fully set.
Serve: Enjoy straight from the freezer as a refreshing treat.
