Chili Garlic Beef & Spinach Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 cups spinach
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water
Salt & pepper
Rice or noodles (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
2. Stir-fry beef in 1 tbsp oil with salt & pepper (3–4 mins). Remove.
3. In same pan, add 1 tbsp oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes (30 secs).
4. Add onion & bell pepper. Stir-fry 3–4 mins.
5. Return beef, add sauce, cook 2–3 mins.
6. Add spinach, stir until wilted (1–2 mins).
7. Serve over rice or noodles.
