Chicken Avocado Wrap

Ingredients:

  • Cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
  • Ripe avocado, sliced
  • Flour tortillas
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Ranch dressing (or preferred dressing)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions:

Prepare and slice or shred the cooked chicken.

Slice avocado and remove pit.

Dice tomatoes; shred lettuce if needed.

Warm tortillas 10-15 seconds in microwave.

Lay tortillas flat; add shredded lettuce as base.

Evenly layer chicken over lettuce.

Add avocado slices on top.

Sprinkle diced tomatoes and cheddar cheese.

Season with salt & pepper; drizzle dressing.

Fold sides and roll tightly; slice diagonally if desired.
