2 cups chicken broth

1 ½ cups milk

8 oz penne pasta, uncooked

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Heat Skillet
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. -
Cook Chicken
Add chicken pieces. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Cook for 5–7 minutes, until browned and fully cooked. -
Add Garlic
Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for 1 more minute until fragrant. -
Add Liquids & Pasta
Pour in the chicken broth and milk. Stir in the uncooked penne pasta. -
Simmer
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. -
Add Cheese & Butter
Stir in Parmesan cheese, mozzarella, and butter. Mix until melted, smooth, and creamy. -
Serve
