Celery Apple Crunch Salad

Celery – 2 cups, thinly sliced
Apples – 2 medium, chopped
Walnuts – ½ cup, roughly chopped
Red onion – ¼ cup, thinly sliced
Fresh parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp
Honey – 1 tsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Black pepper – ⅛ tsp
Directions:
1 Whisk olive oil, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
2 Toss celery, apples, onion, walnuts, and parsley in a large bowl.
3 Pour vinaigrette over and mix well.
4 Chill 10 minutes before serving.
