    Ingredients for mac and cheese recipe

    1. One-third cup elbow macaroni

    3. Half a cup of thick cream
    4. two cups of whole milk
    5. ¾ teaspoon mustard powder
    6. and one teaspoon salt
    7. One-half teaspoon of pepper
    8. One-third teaspoon ground nutmeg
    9. Three teaspoons of butter

    Guidelines for mac and cheese recipe

    • Use butter or nonstick frying spray to grease the pan’s interior.
    • In the pan, add the macaroni cheese, heavy cream, milk, nutmeg, pepper, and mustard powder. Stir to mix.
    • Put the pan inside your air fryer and cook for 14 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. After 7 minutes, turn off the air fryer and give the macaroni a toss.
    • After the timer sounds, add the butter and continue cooking for an additional 6 to 11 minutes.
    • After the allotted cooking time, give the macaroni one last stir and set aside for a few minutes. As it cools, the sauce will get thicker.

    Notes for the mac and cheese recipe

    • If the pasta is still raw after 25 minutes, cook it for a further 2 minutes at a time until it is done.
    • After cooking, whisk in up to an extra ½ cup of heavy cream if you like your mac and cheese creamy. Additionally, you may reheat leftovers on the stovetop by adding extra milk or cream.
    • This recipe has a very strong mustard flavor, which can be toned down to ½ teaspoon if preferred.

    Ingredients:

    • One cup of butter without salt
    • One cup of crunchy peanut butter
    • One cup of powdered sugar
    • One cup of dense brown sugar
    • Two big eggs
    • 2 and a half cups all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 tsp baking soda
    • One tsp baking powder
    • Half a teaspoon of salt

    Guidelines:

    1. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to cream butter, peanut butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. cream in eggs.
    2. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt into a separate bowl; stir into butter mixture until dough is just combined. Chill cookie dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour to make it easier to work with.
    3. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
    4. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Flatten each ball with a fork, making a crisscross pattern
    5. Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden, about 7 to 10 minutes. Cool on the baking sheets briefly before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
    6. In a another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to butter mixture and stir until dough is just mixed. To make cookie dough simpler to work with, refrigerate it for one hour.

    Set the oven’s temperature to 375°F, or 190°C.

    Form dough into 1-inch balls and arrange on ungreased baking pans, 2 inches apart. Using a fork, flatten each ball into a crosshatch pattern.

    Bake for 7 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden, in a preheated oven. Let cool for a little while on the baking sheets, then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.

    After the peanut butter cookies have cooled fully, transfer them to a jar or airtight container. Keep chilled for a maximum of five days.

    • Steak strips should be combined with soy sauce, olive oil, spicy sauce, and pepper in a big bowl. Mix well and let marinate while preparing potatoes.

     

    • Melt 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes and heat butter. Potatoes should be cooked for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring periodically, until they are soft and brown. After moving the potatoes to a platter, set them aside.

     

    • Place the garlic and the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in the same skillet and heat it to medium-high. Arrange steak pieces in a single layer. Cook until browned, flipping once, for 2 minutes.

    • 1/3 cup soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon hot sauce

    • 1-1/2 lb. flank steak, sliced against grain
    • 1-1/2 lb. baby yellow potatoes, quartered
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 3 tablespoons butter, divided
    • 3 garlic cloves, minced
    • Kosher salt and cracked black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
    • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan, optional

    Guidelines Combine steak in large bowl. Transfer the garlic and the last tablespoons of butter to the same skillet and heat it to medium-high. Arrange steak pieces in single layer. Cook until browned, flipping once, for minutes. Add the potatoes and steak back to the skillet. Reduce heat and cook for further one to two minutes. If preferred, season with more salt and pepper.

    Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh thyme.

    Recipe:

    • 1. Prepare the cake with chocolate frosting: Mix the dry ingredients (sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cocoa) together. Beat together the wet ingredients (vanilla, buttermilk, eggs, and oil). Add boiling water and stir to combine.
    • 2. Preheat oven to 375°F. Fill 8- or 9-inch circular baking pans with batter. To ensure that the cake pulls out easily, I also prefer to cut a round piece of wax or parchment paper for the bottom of the pan.
    • 3. Prepare the German Chocolate Frosting by combining butter, egg yolks, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and evaporated milk in a saucepan. Heat the mixture until it reaches a gentle boil over medium heat. Mix continuously until the mixture becomes thick. Take off the heat and mix in the coconut, almonds, and vanilla. Allow to cool completely before layering it on the cake.
    • 4. To make chocolate frosting, melt butter, mix in cocoa powder, then gradually beat in milk and powdered sugar until spreading consistency is achieved. To achieve the appropriate consistency, add tiny quantity of more powder or milk, if necessary, to thin the frosting. Add vanilla and stir.
    • 5.Compile: Arrange round of cake on plate or serving stand. Spread half of the coconut frosting evenly over the cake layer after applying thin layer of chocolate frosting there. Aim to space the filling and cake border apart by about ½ inch. Place the second round of cake on top. Even out the chocolate icing throughout the cake. Place the leftover coconut frosting on the cake using spoon.

    Expert Advice:

    Use ingredients at room temperature. To bring the eggs to room temperature, run them under hot water. For a few seconds, place the buttermilk in the microwave. It has a substantial impact!

    • one and half cups heavy cream
    • Half cup of whole milk
    • one third cup of tightly packed fresh mint leaves
    • Four huge yolks from eggs
    • one and half cups sugar

    • Two optional drops of green food coloring
    • Five ounces of finely grated bittersweet chocolate
    • Four handfuls of optionally crushed malted milk balls

    instructions

    Step 1:

    In a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the cream, milk, and mint leaves; whisk occasionally. Cook until the mixture begins to bubble at the rims, about 5 minutes.

    Step 2:

    While this is going on, warm up a few inches of water in a pot over medium heat. In a heatproof bowl that fits over the top of the pot, combine the egg yolks, sugar, and salt. Whisk the mixture for about two minutes, or until it has lightened and about doubled in volume. Take out the bowl from the saucepan and throw away the hot water.

    Step 3:

    Stir roughly cup blend the egg mixture with one cup of the cream mixture until it’s smooth. Whisk continuously while pouring the mixed mixture into the saucepan over medium heat. For one to two minutes, or until the mixture thickens to the point where it coats the back of the wooden spoon, whisk the mixture with the spoon. Make sure it doesn’t boil.

    Step 4: 

    In the interim, put water and ice in big mixing basin and place smaller bowl within. Using fine-mesh sieve, transfer the custard into the smaller bowl, and then stir it periodically until it cools. Take out of the ice bath and, if using, whisk in the food coloring. Place plastic wrap on top and chill for minimum of four hours and maximum of three days.

    Step 5:  

    Transfer the cold transfer the cold custard into the ice cream machine and churn as per the instructions provided by the manufacturer. In the final minute of churning, add the crushed malted milk balls and grated chocolate, if using.

    Step 6: Pour the ice cream into container that can be frozen. Press waxed paper or parchment directly onto the surface. Before serving, seal and freeze for at least two hours, or until firm.

    Ingredients for french onion soup

    1. Six large onions, either red or yellow (approximately 3 pounds)
    2. Four tsp extra virgin olive oil
    3. two tsp butter
    4. One tsp sugar
    5. salt that is kosher
    6. two minced garlic cloves
    7. Eight cups of either beef or chicken stock, or a mix of the two
    8. half a cup of dry white wine or dry vermouth
    9. two bay leaves
    10. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme OR 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves and a few fresh thyme sprigs
    11. half a teaspoon of finely powdered black pepper
    12. Two teaspoons of brandy, if desired
    13. Eight pieces, each one inch thick Baguette or French bread
    14. one and a half cups of grated Gruyere
    15. sprinkling Parmesan cheese, grated

    Instructions for french onion soup

    • Peel and finely slice the onions starting at the root and working your way up to the stem. In total, there should be roughly ten cups of sliced onions.
    • Start caramelizing the onions in butter and olive oil.Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a thick-bottomed pot (5 to 6 quarts) over medium heat. Toss to coat with olive oil after adding the onions.
    • Simmer the onions for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring frequently, or until they become tender.
    • Turn up the temperature to medium-high. After adding the butter and the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, sauté the onions for 20 to 40 minutes, turning frequently, or until they begin to brown. The duration will differ based on your stove, pot, and onions
    • After adding the garlic and completing the caramelization, sprinkle with 1 tsp salt and sugar to aid in the caramelization process. After another 10 to 15 minutes or more, or until the onions are nicely caramelized, continue cooking.
    • Cook for a further minute after adding the minced garlic.
    • Deglaze the pot with wine or vermouth: Pour in the wine or vermouth and, while scraping off the browned bits from the pot’s sides and bottom, deglaze the pot.
    • Put the thyme, bay leaves, and stock in there. After bringing the mixture to a simmer, cover it, and reduce the heat to keep it there. Simmer for around thirty minutes.
    • Add the brandy and season:
    • Add additional salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Throw away the bay leaves. If used, add brandy.
    • Toast the slices of French bread:
    • As the soup is simmering, prepare a sheet pan by lining it with foil or parchment paper and place an oven rack in the upper third of the oven. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
    • You’ll need to use about a tablespoon and a half of olive oil to lightly brush the French bread or baguette pieces on both sides

    .Place in the oven and toast for 5 to 7 minutes, or until gently browned. Take out of the oven.

    • Verify that the steaks are room temperature and dry. In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Next, apply the spice mixture to each steak, about ½ of it at a time.
    • Drizzle the Blackstone grill with oil.
    • The steaks should be placed on top of the heated oil on the Blackstone grill. To ensure a nice sear on the steaks, leave them to cook for two to three minutes without moving them.
    • Next, carefully raise and flip the steak using tongs. The steaks require additional time and are not yet ready to flip if they are still clinging to the grill.
    • Turn the steaks over onto a different area of the grill. After that, grill the steaks for a further two to three minutes to sear the other side.
    • Next, lower the Blackstone grill’s temperature to medium. Cook the steaks until they reach your desired doneness.
    • Check with a quick read meat thermometer. the temperature of the steak. The internal temperature of each steak preference is listed in the recipe notes.
    • Next, place about ½ tablespoon of butter on top of each steak and let it to melt into the meat.
    • The steak is ready to be served warm after 5 minutes of resting. Enjoy!

    NOTES FOR RECIPE

    • The most accurate method of determining the doneness of a steak is to place an instant read thermometer into its thickest area. Apply this through the steak’s side rather than its top.
    • Doneness of Steak:
    • Uncommon: 120°F, cool to warm red core
    • In between Uncommon: 130°F, warm red core
    • 140°F, hot pink center on medium
    • In between 150°F, with a mostly brown center
    • Excellent – 160°F, deep brown in hue

A nutritious substitute for deep-fried onions that may be used in soups, salads, curries, and Indian biryanis

    I adore adding fried onions to many recipes because of their flavor and texture. Caramelized onions are a necessary component, particularly in Indian cuisines like chicken or vegetable biryani, to achieve the traditional flavor of the rice dish. Without it, dishes like lamb korma curry (mutton korma) and biryanis would not be complete.

    Ingredients for Crispy Fried Onion Recipe with Air Fryer 

    1. Two medium-sized to big yellow onions, or about one pound
    2. LOne tablespoon olive oil

     

    Directions for Air-Fryer Crispy Fried Onion Recipe:

    • Slice the onion thinly round after peeling.

     

    • After drizzling the slices with oil, carefully separate the rings.

     

    • Put the onion rings inside the basket of the air fryer. Initially, fry them for 10 minutes at 300°F. Mix the rings gently every five minutes.

     

    • Now reduce the heat to 240 degrees Fahrenheit and keep the rings heated. Gently stir the rings every five minutes. To achieve the correct color and texture, it will take 15–18 minutes at 240°F.

    NOTES:

    • You can use a yellow or red onion. But take note that the red onion will make the fried onion deeper in color.

     

    • The number of onions in the air fryer can affect cooking times. This time is for about one pound of onions. Should your batch be a little bigger, just continue to fry, inspecting after every five minutes at 240 degrees Fahrenheit, until the color and texture are to your liking.

     

    Help full tips:

    • If you use a red onion, the finished product may be fried onions that are dark brown. When fried, yellow onions take on a golden brown hue.
    • Slice onions as evenly as you can. Otherwise, when you cook them, you can get uneven color and texture. An ideal instrument for achieving uniform slices is mandolin slicer. Additionally, this will expedite the cutting process.
    • Before removing the onion rings from the slices, drizzle some oil over them.
    • It will aid in the oil’s equal distribution.

    Tips

    • Grater should be used: Grate the potatoes and onions finely to guarantee even cooking. A box grater or food processor with a grating attachment is a handy item. I use a box grater with large holes for the potatoes.
    • Prepare the air fryer:If your air fryer does not have a preheat option, let it run for approximately five minutes before adding the latkes.
    • Avoid using excessive amounts of oil. Even though the air fryer uses less oil than traditional frying, the latkes should still be lightly coated or drizzled with oil before cooking. This will contribute to their transformation into crispy and golden. Don’t fill the air fryer basket to the brim.
    • When placing the latkes in the air fryer basket, make sure they are arranged in single layer without overlapping.
    • Overcrowding will cause the latkes to steam rather than crisp.
    • Keep them heated in the oven:After cooking, the latkes can be reheated at 200°F while you finish assembling the other ingredients.

    • Take them out of the air fryer and put them in little bowl.
    • Add parsley and garlic butter and toss.
    • Warm up and serve.

    Not a trace of garlic butter?

    • Not a problem! Combine 1/4 cup salted butter, a pinch of parsley, and one small clove of garlic (if your clove is large, use half of it unless you love a big kick of garlic). For this recipe, melt 1 tablespoon; use the remaining to spread over French bread or use as a steak sauce for Air Fryer steaks!
    • After giving the mushrooms a short rinse in a strainer to remove any debris, pat them dry.
    • Apply the soy sauce only right before cooking.
    • Make careful to preheat the air fryer before cooking for the greatest air fryer mushrooms.
    • Keep the basket from being very full so that they can crisp evenly. To feed a large group, prepare a few batches, then warm them both for about a minute before serving batches, then warm them both for about minute before serving.

    INGREDIENTS FOR CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE SOUP

    Soup

    1. One or two teaspoons of olive oil
    2. 1 and a half pounds of chicken, refer to the notes
    3. Pepper and salt
    4. two tsp butter
    5. One little yellow onion, chopped
    6. ¾ cup chopped carrots
    7. 2 celery ribs
    8. 2 garlic clovesclove minced
    9. One tsp of hot sauc
    10. One tsp of Worcestershire sauce
    11. Seven cups chicken stock
    12. one and a half cups frozen mixed veggies (corn and green beans)

    Seasoning

    1. One tsp of dehydrated parsley
    2. Half a teaspoon Dried oregano, mustard powder, and basil, each
    3. One-half teaspoon of pepper

    Guidelines For Chicken And Vegetable Soup

    Dry off the chicken and add salt and pepper to taste. In a 4.5-quart soup pot, warm the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and fry it for about 3 minutes on each side, or until a golden crust forms. (It’s alright if the center isn’t done; it will boil and cook through in the soup eventually.)

    After removing the chicken, set it aside. After letting it rest for ten minutes, chop or shred it.

    In the same saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. To “clean” the pot’s sides and bottom, use a silicone spatula. This will incorporate the flavor-enhancing brown “fond” into the soup.

    Simmer the celery, carrots, and onions for five minutes.

    Stir in the seasonings, Worcestershire sauce, spicy sauce, and garlic. Mix everything together.

    Pour in the chicken broth. After bringing to a boil, lower heat to a simmer. Simmer, uncovered, for fifteen minutes after adding the chicken back to the broth along with any juice from the plate.

    Include the frozen veggies. For ten to fifteen minutes, simmer with a slightly covered dish. Present!

    Note for chicken and vegetable soup

    Crock-Pot Approach

    • Add all the ingredients, including the diced but raw chicken, to the slow cooker. Cook for 3–4 hours on high or 7–8 hours on low.
    • Better Still! Sear the chicken first, if you can. (You can do it on the stovetop with this crock pot without having to dirty another pot), after which you can add the butter and “clean” the pot’s bottom with a silicone spatula to enhance the flavor of the broth and give the chicken more color and texture. After that, add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 3–4 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low.
