How to Make Cassava Cake Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:
- 2.2 lbs of cassava
- 5 eggs
- 4 oz of milk (½ cup)
- 2 cups of sugar
- 6.8 oz/200 ml of coconut milk
- 4 tablespoons of melted butter
- Grated coconut for sprinkling
Instructions:
First, peel, clean, and grate the cassava. After that, add all the ingredients except the melted butter to a blender.
Blend well for a few minutes until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps. Then, add the melted butter and blend again to combine everything.
Next, pour the mixture into a buttered and floured baking dish (using butter and wheat flour). Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C).
Finally, bake for about 40 minutes (or until golden). Once done, remove from the oven and serve as a snack or breakfast.
