  • 2.2 lbs of cassava
  • 5 eggs
  • 4 oz of milk (½ cup)
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 6.8 oz/200 ml of coconut milk
  • 4 tablespoons of melted butter
  • Grated coconut for sprinkling

Instructions:

First, peel, clean, and grate the cassava. After that, add all the ingredients except the melted butter to a blender.

Blend well for a few minutes until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps. Then, add the melted butter and blend again to combine everything.

Next, pour the mixture into a buttered and floured baking dish (using butter and wheat flour). Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C).
