Cake with Only 3 Ingredients ✨
Ingredients

5 large eggs

180g sugar (about ¾ cup + 2 tbsp)

180g all-purpose flour (about 1 ½ cups)
Preparation

Whip the eggs & sugar

In a large bowl, beat the eggs with sugar for 6–7 minutes until pale, fluffy, and tripled in volume.

Add the flour

Sift the flour.

Gently fold it into the egg mixture in small portions, being careful not to deflate the air.

Bake

Pour batter into a 20 cm (8-inch) round pan lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 160°C (330°F) for about 50 minutes.

Cool
-
When done, open the oven door slightly and let the cake cool inside for 10 minutes before removing.
