

Caesar Chicken with Asparagus and Parmesan Dressing
A creamy, savory, and satisfying one-pan meal that’s full of flavor and perfect for busy weeknights or weekend dinners.
Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil
-
1 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
Instructions:
STEP 1: Prepare the Chicken

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

Sear the chicken breasts for 5–7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
STEP 2: Cook the Asparagus

In the same skillet, add the trimmed asparagus.

Sauté for 3–4 minutes, until just tender but still vibrant and crisp.

Remove from heat.
STEP 3: Combine and Bake

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a baking dish (or use the same oven-safe skillet), place the seared chicken breasts.

Top each piece with Caesar dressing.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top of the chicken.

Arrange the sautéed asparagus around the chicken in the dish.
STEP 4: Bake

Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.

Chicken should be fully cooked through (internal temp: 165°F/74°C).
STEP 5: Serve

Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.

Plate the chicken and asparagus, spoon some of the creamy sauce over the top.

Garnish with more Parmesan or chopped parsley, if desired.
