  • 500ml kefir or thick yogurt (17 oz) 1f95b

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda or baking powder 1f944

Instructions:
  1. Shred 1/2 cabbage finely, and grate 1 carrot. Chop 1 onion.
  2. In a bowl, mix 3 eggs, kefir or yogurt, flour, baking soda (or baking powder), salt, and black pepper to create a smooth batter.
  3. Add the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and chopped onion to the batter. Mix well.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
  5. Spoon the batter into the hot pan to make small pancakes. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
