Buffalo Cauliflower Chicken Bowl recipe ️
Ingredients:
For the bowl:
– 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
– 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
– 4 celery stalks, diced
– 2 carrots, diced
– 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
For the buffalo sauce:
– 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
– 1/4 cup butter, melted
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
For the blue cheese dressing:
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
– 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare vegetables:
