Broccoli Alfredo Pizza
Ingredients:
1 pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
1 cup Alfredo sauce (homemade or jarred)
1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup fresh broccoli florets, lightly steamed
½ cup cooked chicken (optional, for extra protein)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Pinch of red chili flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven
Heat oven to 220°C / 425°F. Place a baking sheet or pizza stone inside to warm.
Prepare broccoli
Lightly steam broccoli for 2–3 minutes until bright green but still crisp.
In a skillet, heat olive oil, sauté garlic for 1 minute, then toss in broccoli. Season with a pinch of salt and chili flakes (if using).
Assemble the pizza
Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface.
Spread Alfredo sauce evenly as the base.
Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheeses over the sauce.
Add broccoli (and chicken, if using).
Bake the pizza
Transfer pizza to the hot stone or baking sheet.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Finish & serve
Garnish with fresh parsley.
Slice and enjoy this creamy, cheesy veggie-packed pizza!
