Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, pumpkin puree, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
