Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1 cup mixed berries (blackberries, raspberries)
1 cup almond milk (or any preferred milk)
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
A handful of ice cubes
Instructions:
Add banana, berries, milk, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and top with extra berries and banana slices.
Enjoy chilled!
