Beetroot Carrot Apple Juice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium beetroot, peeled and chopped

  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped

  • 1 medium apple, cored and chopped (no need to peel)

  • 1/2 inch piece of ginger (optional, for added flavor and health benefits)

  • Juice of 1 lemon (optional, for tanginess and vitamin C)

  • 1/2 to 1 cup of water (as needed for blending)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the produce:

    • Wash and peel the beetroot and carrots.

    • Core the apple and chop everything into small pieces.

  2. Juicing Method:

    • Using a Juicer: Feed all ingredients into your juicer. Collect the juice and stir well.
