Banana-Date-Garlic Smoothie (Health Tonic)
Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas

2–3 garlic cloves (peeled)

6–8 pitted dates

1 cup water (or plant-based milk for a creamier texture)
Optional Add-ins:

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon lemon juice (to cut garlic sharpness)

1 tablespoon chia or flax seeds
Instructions:

Prep the Ingredients:
Peel the bananas and garlic. Pit the dates if not already pitted. -
Blend:
Add bananas, garlic, dates, and water (or milk) into a blender. Blend on high until smooth. -
Adjust:
Taste the smoothie. If the garlic is too strong, you can add more banana or a splash of lemon juice to balance it out. -
Serve:
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
