Banana Almond Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Smoothie Base:

2 ripe bananas

1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1/4 cup plain yogurt (optional for creaminess)

1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

A few ice cubes
For Topping:

Banana slices

Whole almonds

Chopped almonds or mixed nuts

Chia seeds

Drizzle of honey

Ice cubes (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:

Blend Smoothie Base:

In a blender, combine the bananas, almond milk, yogurt (if using), honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a few ice cubes.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Serve:

Pour the smoothie into a glass.

Add Toppings:

Decorate the top with banana slices, whole and chopped almonds, a sprinkle of chia seeds, and a drizzle of honey.

Tips:

To make it more protein-rich, add a scoop of protein powder or a spoon of almond butter before blending.
