Ingredients:

For the dough:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cold, cubed)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup cold water ❄️

  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
