Baked Cheesy Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 1 cup heavy cream or milk

  • 1 cup grated cheese (Parmesan or mozzarella)

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese or ricotta

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (sliced)

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Set your oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Boil the cauliflower: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cauliflower florets for about 3-5 minutes until slightly tender. Drain well.

  3. Prepare the sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter, then add heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
