Baked Cheesy Cauliflower Casserole

1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets

1 cup heavy cream or milk

1 cup grated cheese (Parmesan or mozzarella)

1/2 cup cream cheese or ricotta

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (sliced)

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:

Preheat oven: Set your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Boil the cauliflower: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cauliflower florets for about 3-5 minutes until slightly tender. Drain well.
