Baked Brie with Garlic & Herbs
Ingredients:
1 wheel (200–250 g) Brie cheese
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
1 tsp fresh rosemary leaves
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
1 tbsp (15 g) honey (optional)
Crackers or toasted baguette slices, for serving
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the Brie wheel on a small parchment-lined baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
Use a sharp knife to score the top of the Brie in a crisscross pattern. Tuck garlic slices into the cuts, then sprinkle with rosemary and thyme.
Drizzle olive oil over the top and bake for 12–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and gooey in the center.
Drizzle with honey if desired for a sweet finish. Serve warm with crackers or toasted baguette slices for dipping — rich, aromatic, and irresistibly creamy.
