Avocado Banana Layered Smoothie Parfait
Ingredients:
Base Layer (White Yogurt Layer):

1 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 tsp chia seeds or basil seeds (for garnish)
Green Layer (Avocado Smoothie):

1 ripe avocado
-
1/2 cup spinach (optional for color)

1/2 cup almond milk (or any plant milk)

1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
Banana Layer (Banana Smoothie):

1 ripe banana
-
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt or milk
-
1 tbsp nut butter (optional for thickness)
Toppings & Garnish:

Fresh banana slices
-
Chia seeds or poppy seeds (for topping)

Avocado slices (for decoration against the glass)

Black sesame seeds or basil seeds (optional)
Instructions:

Prepare the White Yogurt Base:

Mix the yogurt with sweetener if desired.

Add a spoonful to the bottom of each glass.

Optionally add black sesame or basil seeds for the speckled effect.

Decorate with Avocado:

Slice avocado thinly and place against the inner wall of the glass (optional for visual effect).

Blend the Green Layer:

Blend avocado, almond milk, spinach (if using), and honey until smooth.

Pour a layer above the white base.

Blend the Banana Layer:

Blend banana, yogurt, and nut butter until creamy.

Add this layer above the green layer.

Repeat Layers:

Alternate the green and banana layers for a beautiful layered look.
