Apple muffins with 250g quark that melt in your mouth!

These are the main ingredients: flour, sugar, egg, oil, and yogurt. Whether you make them with buttermilk, quark, or yogurt, they’ll be fluffy and delicious.
These apple muffins are a great cake alternative and are delicious not just in the fall.
Ingredients
2 apples
350g flour
250g quark
1 packet baking powder
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
120ml oil
100g sugar
Preparation
First, preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces.
Mix them with the flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Then, in another bowl, beat the egg and stir in the oil, sugar, and quark.
Now add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and quickly fold in.
Bake in a muffin tin for about 25 minutes.
