1 medium apple (peeled and chopped, or leave the peel for more fiber)
2 tablespoons rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup milk (any kind: dairy, almond, oat, etc.)
Optional:
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (for extra sweetness)
A few ice cubes (if you want it colder)
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (for creaminess and protein)
