Ingredients: 1 green apple (cored & sliced)
½ banana (for natural sweetness)
Juice of ½ lemon (for a zesty kick)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (ACV, for digestion & detox)
¼ cucumber (hydration boost)
½ cup coconut water or almond milk
Ice cubes (optional)
