Ingredients

  1. one large clove of garlic, chopped or grated
  2. One tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  3. 1-tsp fresh lemon juice
  4. Half a teaspoon of Italian spice

  6. 1½ teaspoons kosher salt
  7. 1/4 tsp. sauce of Worcestershire
  8. One pound of big, peeled tail-on shrimp (21/25 per pound)
