_Slow Roasted Beef Tenderloin Recipe_

 

Ingredients:

– 1 whole beef tenderloin (3-4 lbs)

– 3 tbsp olive oil

– 4 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 tsp salt

– 1 tsp black pepper

– 1 tsp dried thyme

– 1 tsp dried rosemary

– 1 tsp onion powder

 

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 250°F.

2. Rub beef with olive oil, garlic, and spices.

3. Sear beef in a skillet until golden brown.

4. Roast in the oven for 1.5-2 hours or until desired temperature.

5. Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
