Ingredients:

– 3-4 lb beef pot roast

– 4-5 potatoes, peeled and cubed

– 1 cup beef broth

– 1 tsp dried thyme

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Season pot roast with salt, pepper, and thyme.

2. Sear pot roast in a skillet until browned.

3. Add potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic to a slow cooker or Dutch oven.

4. Place pot roast on top and pour in beef broth.

5. Cook until tender, about 3-4 hours.
