Fluffy Powdered Milk Cake (No Flour or Sugar)

A soft, airy cake made with only 3 ingredients — perfect for those on a gluten-free, sugar-free, or low-carb diet. It’s ideal as a breakfast treat, afternoon snack, or light dessert.


Ingredients

  • 6 eggs (room temperature for best results)

  • 280 g powdered milk

    • Use lactose-free or plant-based powdered milk (like coconut milk powder) if needed.

  • 10 g (about 2 tsp) baking powder

  • Optional: 10 ml (2 tsp) vanilla essence


Necessary Utensils

  • Large mixing bowl

  • Blender or hand whisk

  • 20 cm (8-inch) Bundt or ring mold (with a central hole, approx. 10 cm high)

Preparation Method

1. Beat the Eggs

  • Crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl.
