Ingredients (Makes 12 cupcakes)

Instructions
1. Prep & Preheat:

2. Mix Dry Ingredients:

In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.

Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy (~3 mins).

Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
4. Combine Wet & Dry:

Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk (start and end with flour). Mix until just combined (don’t overmix).
