- 3 large potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper

- 1 pinch of marjoram
- 1 pinch of nutmeg

Method of Preparation:
Prepare the Potatoes
- Peel the potatoes and grate them using a coarse grater.
- Place the grated potatoes in a large bowl and cover them with water. Mix well by hand and set aside.
Prepare the Onion and Pepper Mixture
- Peel and dice the onion.
- Wash and clean the red pepper, removing the stalks and seeds, and cut it into pieces.
