Blueberry Crumb Bars Recipe ✨
Ingredients:

2 cups flour (cake or all-purpose)

1/3 cup white sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)

2 eggs

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla essence

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a square baking pan.

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each, then stir in vanilla essence.

Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.

Gently fold in the blueberries (don’t overmix).

Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden on top and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
