7-Layer Greek Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (or tzatziki)
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Pita chips or fresh veggies, for serving
Directions:
On a serving platter, spread the hummus evenly as the base. Layer the Greek yogurt or tzatziki on top.
Sprinkle diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, olives, and red onion over the yogurt.
Finish with crumbled feta and fresh parsley.
Serve immediately with pita chips or fresh vegetables for dipping.
