Healthy, flavorful cookies made with just three simple ingredients.

With just 1 cup of oats, 2 apples and 1 banana, you can make delicious, healthy and super easy cookies! 

This recipe doesn’t contain sugar or wheat flour, making it a perfect option for those looking for a more natural diet without sacrificing flavor. 

Perfect for the whole family, these apple cookies are made with simple, affordable ingredients—proof that eating well can be simple and delicious. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 apples
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • Vegetable oil (for greasing the pan)

Preparation method:

In a bowl, combine the oats and milk. Mix well and let it soak for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel the apples, remove the cores and seeds, and cut into cubes. 

Transfer to a food processor or blender. Add the chopped banana and blend until smooth.

Pour this mixture over the soaked oats and mix well until all the ingredients are incorporated.

Add the chopped walnuts and stir again to distribute evenly.

Grease a silicone mold (preferably suitable for cookies) with a little vegetable oil. 

Distribute the dough into the dividers, smoothing the surface and pressing lightly to compact.

Suggestion:

You can use a regular baking sheet lined with parchment paper . Shape the dough with your hands or two spoons, forming flat mounds or bars, as you prefer.

Remember to leave a little space between them, as they may spread a little during cooking.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes, or until lightly golden.

Remove from the oven, unmold and serve your cookies.
