Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
In a bowl, mix yogurt, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
Pour batter into the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before serving!
