Instructions
Start with the Greek Yogurt:

Scoop your 1/2 cup of fat-free Greek yogurt into a small bowl. This will give your pudding a rich, creamy texture while keeping it light.
Mix in the Carnation Instant Breakfast:

Add the packet of no-sugar-added Carnation Instant Breakfast to the yogurt. This is where the chocolatey goodness comes in!
Sweeten to Taste:

If you like your pudding a little sweeter, add 1 tablespoon of Splenda. This step is optional but definitely makes it more dessert-like!
Stir it Up:

Give everything a good mix until it’s smooth and well-combined. The yogurt will take on a delicious chocolate flavor, and the texture will be nice and thick.
Chill or Serve Right Away:

You can eat it immediately, or if you prefer a colder treat, pop it in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes.
