2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
½ cup (120ml) beef broth
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Instructions:
1. Marinate the Steak:
In a bowl, toss the sliced steak with 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
2. Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, beef broth, and cornstarch until smooth.
3. Cook the Steak:
